- 1996: In addition to "Las Californias Industrial Park", IAMSA Group developed and industrial complex of 30.88 hectares for the executive use of Sony. Sony's industrial complex consists of two buldings totaling 277,380 sq. ft, it was completed and delivered with all necessary services such as water, sewer, electricity, telecommunications, and pavement of streets, parking areas and accesses.
- 1998: IAMSA Group developed its third industrial park named "Palaco Industrial Park" (62.26 acres). This park was one of the first parks to use the "tilt-up" method of construction. it become home to companies such as "Gulfstream", "Hirsh Industries" and "AMTEK", among others.
- 1999: IAMSA began developing its first industrial bulding in the city of Tijuana, This bulding, measuring 90,000 sq. ft., was completely finished in 1999, Named "PITSA" this building is now the home of "Desslcare" and "Leach International", two copanies from the United States.
- 2000: IAMSA Group's newest development, "El Dorado Industrial Park" consists of 85.50 acres and includes all standard infrastructure utlities to enable world class companies to set up their aperations. IAMSA completed a 109,000 aq. ft. tilt-up building in this park which was leased to teradyne, a high-end electronics company based in New Hampshire.
Today the "Las Californias Industrial Park" is occupied at 95% of its full capacity, with companies from Japan, Korea, Mexico and the United States operating distribution centers, mental-mechanics, electronics, food processing and plastic injection.
"Las Californias Industrial Park" stands obove other developments because of the support services include a day care center, bank, executive cafeteria, comercial strip center, (including a pharmacy, two fast food restaurants, an optical center, cellular services office, and a copy center, among others) 24 hour security whith guard at entrace, a municipal police car patroling the area, inter-maquila sports tournaments, a labor pool and a construction staff. The latter offers the benefit of a coordinated initial construction as well as additional improvements when necesary.
